iDelfi Control Cards - the concept of the program use

iDelfi Control Cards makes it possible to edit and create control cards (forms) which enable the user to register data, tables and text. In a newly-created control card one may also set function cells, which automatically perform specific mathematical operations or take and display data from another control card.

The software makes it possible to make records in the same control cards in multiple company branches. In addition, the software makes it possible to establish acceptability levels. Once a level is exceeded, the software automatically uses e-mail or SMS to notify the competent person that the limit has been exceeded. iDelfi Control Cards contains a function that monitors any changes being made, makes a complete archive and history of all changes being made as well as makes it possible to block the issue of a new card in case the previous card has not been completed.

The interface of iDelfi Control Cards has been designed to resemble paper documentation as closely as possible. It has been furnished with an advanced reporting tool, thanks to which users may present and analyse the gathered data in the form of numbers, text or graphics.

Advanced network functions, including Internet accessibility, allow multiple employees and managers to use the software and analyse the introduced changes in various, sometimes very distant, branches of the company. Network accessibility also allows the management to constantly supervise process implementation even with the use a mobile phone or a palmtop.

The solutions used in the software make it a perfect tool to accompany iDelfi Documentation Manager. Users can make instant records (e.g. in a result measurement cards, audit reports, control parameter readings), take corrective or preventative measures, monitor production, monitor livestock feeding, trace products (traceability) and FIFO.
